PERMIX jet flow agitator is an ideal combination of macro and micro mixing functions.The jet flow agitator has a deflector tube fixed around the rotor. This special design makes powder and liquid from the top of the tube firstly be drawn into the rotor when it is rotating quickly and generates * both powder and liquid get mixed and sheared in the tube, and finally be pushed out through it from the bottom into the vessel. This generates a great circulation (macro mixing) in the vessel, and dead zone will be avoided.
The most innovative advantage of a PERMIX jet agitator compared with traditional stirrer is, due to the deflector tube, all the energy from the driver (in this case it is the motor) is concentrated within it. This is greatly cost effective and reduces the processing time *des, since the powder and liquid are subject to very intensive force in the tube, a good micro mixing occurs there to bring finest result.
