INSO CORPORATION is a leading distribution company catering to the needs of flexible packaging, ink and surface coating industry having its head office in Malaysia. INSO CORPORATION began supplies Specialty Chemicals to the Flexible Packaging Adhesives Industry since 2005. INSO represent KAIFA Adhesives and Polymers for Asia Pacific/Middle East Region. KAIFA adhesives are manufactured out of their plants in Jiangmen, Guandong and Tianjin having a combined production capacity of 15,000MT/Year. KAIFA Adhesives are manufactured by BEIJING HUATENG HIGH-TECH CO. LTD. a subsidiary of BEIJING CHEMICAL INDUSTRY & RESEARCH INSTITUTE (GROUP), which is a government owned entity.
BEIJING CHEMICAL INDUSTRY & RESEARCH INSTITUTE (GROUP) in 1973 collaborated with HENKEL KGA, in a Govt-to-Govt ... initiatives to develop PU laminating adhesives for the China market. In 1999 Beijing Chemical and Henkel parted ways. The manufacturing/QA/R&D set up is still very much similar to the German standards until today.
Today KAIFA Adhesives are able to stand on its own against reputable companies. KAIFA Adhesives are certified by SGS to comply with EU Packaging * product range includes:-
1) Flexible Packaging Laminating Adhesives/Coatings
i. Kaifa - flexible packaging laminating adhesives (solvent base)
ii. Insocote - flexible packaging laminating adhesives.(reverse catalyst, solvent base, solvent free and water based)
iii. Insoseal - heat-seal lacquers for lidding and medical foil application
iv. Acrylic resin to make heat seal lacquer.
v. Insoprime - specialty primers for foil & holograms
vi. COLD SEAL Adhesive
The main key features of our Kaifa Adhesives are as under:
o Our manufacturing/QA/R&D set up is still very much similar to the German standards
o KAIFA Adhesives are certified by SGS to comply with EU Packaging Regulations
o KAIFA ADHESIVES are Compliance for SVHCs under REACH.
o Co-operation with BAYER-Material Science on the use of their Desmodur products on all our Curing Agents.
o FIRST company in Asia to be allowed to co-brand our KAIFA adhesives together with BAYER-Desmodur.
o Convenient packing size, Adhesive in 21kgs. pail hardener in equivalent proportion.
