Hot melt adhesive (HMA), also known as hot glue, is a form of thermoplastic adhesive which are usually based on one or more base material with various additives as follow:Polymeric Matrix+tackifying resins+stickiness regulator+plasticizers+antioxidants and sta ...bilizers+Filler.
For your stickiness regulator, many kinds of our products may faciliate your high quality HMA producing with competitive price.
For paraffin waxes, Our Fully-refined paraffin 60-62, 64-66 and high quality 140F, these waxes are pure white in color with narrow melting range.
For microcrystalline wax: Our micro2075, 180F, #80 are very suitable for HMA making. Besides we also can provide one kind of microSR190, the same characteristic as South Korea DNW170S, but the price is much better.
For Fischer-Tropsch waxes, our CMP601, CMP615,CMP617 havenarrower relative molecular distribution and melting range and very high crystallization temperature,thus the set time can be very short and improve the softening point of hot-melt adhesive. All these waxes can contribute to lower the viscosity,increase Liquidity, shorten the exposed time, improve the resistance of creep distortion, flexibility index and melt speed and reduce wire drawing.
